courts banning meta glasses makes sense. but would you be ok filmed at a pub?

so courts in England and Wales are now confiscating them at the door, after Wetherspoons, Soho House, ATG theatres etc already said no filming. New York courts did it too.

courts i get. the pub one is more interesting. is a tiny LED light really enough warning? would you even notice it in a dark bar? genuinely curious where people land on this
