Pogacar 5 Tour — but the last stage was cut short for wildfire

I read the final stage in Paris was cut from 133km to 89km because police go to fight wildfires near Bordeaux. I did not know this can happen in Tour.

Also no rider from France, Italy or Spain win a stage this year. First time. Van der Poel win Paris stage with photo finish. Very exciting but also strange year for cycling?
