1.5m yen for a cooling booth. Would your workplace buy one?

The 'human fridge' post was interesting. 15C inside, cold air on head and neck, you feel better in about five minutes. It uses about half the power of a spot air conditioner.

But 1.5m yen before tax is a lot. For a construction site or warehouse I can see it. For an office, maybe not. What do you think?
