why does every politician's summer holiday photo look identical?

Sleeves rolled up, no tie, slightly awkward wave, local ice cream in hand. Is there a handbook?? Who writes it?? Do they all get the same consultant??

Also why is it always ice cream. Has anyone ever seen a politician eat a sandwich on vacation?
