Do you tip delivery drivers where you live?

I deliver food on a bike next to my studies in Utrecht. Here tipping is not really expected, maybe one in ten orders someone gives a euro or two in the app. I do not complain, the base pay is what I agreed to.

But I watch videos from the US and it seems like tips are most of the income there, which sounds stressful. How does it work in your country? Do you tip, and do you think the driver should depend on it?
