Parents: how many hours a week do you really get to play?

I am home with two small kids and I tried to track my playing time for one month. Result: average 4,5 hours per week, almost all after 22:00, and around 60% on handheld because I can stop in one second when the baby cry.

Before kids it was easily 20 hours. I'm curious what other parents get, and how you choose games now. I pick almost only games with short sessions and save anywhere. Long cutscenes are my enemy.
