Which of the new models would you actually use at work: Sol, Terra or Luna?

I work in a pharmacy and we've started using AI for drafting leaflets and summarising long guidance documents (always checked by a human, before anyone asks). With GPT-5.6 split into Sol, Terra and Luna, I'm not sure which tier makes sense for this kind of work.

Is the flagship worth it for summaries, or is the mid-range one enough? And does anyone know if the security concerns in the GONOM post affect normal users at all, or is that more about hackers?
