Can someone walk me through the Israel seat math?

Reading the Israel post and trying to understand. 120 seats, you need 61 for a majority, right? Netanyahu's bloc has 53, Eisenkot's opposition bloc 48, Arab parties 19.

So the opposition plus the Arab parties would be 67? Is that a realistic government, or is it more complicated than adding numbers? I'd really appreciate someone explaining kindly, I'm new to following this!
