Morning raves and book raves: would either work in India?

The GONOM post covers two new ways to go out: BBC on a British seaside town with early morning raves after sunrise, and Japan Times on the Jucy Book Rave in a Shimokitazawa livehouse, where people read at a music venue.

Thinking about Indian cities. Morning rave: maybe in Bengaluru or Mumbai there are already morning running and yoga groups with music, so the culture of an early activity exists. But loud music at 7am in a residential area, I think neighbours would call police within 20 minutes.

Book rave I think could actually work. Many young people in cities want places to be together that are not a bar and not expensive. A quiet event in a cafe with music, I can see it.

I'm curious, the Japan Times headline asked whether the viral book rave is real. Do people think these trends are real or mostly for social media?
