Accountant's guide to Halloween costumes

For those of you still looking for a costume tomorrow, here are some ideas from someone who has never been invited to a fancy-dress party twice:

The Balance Sheet: wear a two-column shirt. Left side assets, right side liabilities. Must balance or you go home.

Depreciation: start the night in a full suit, lose one item every hour.

Off-Balance-Sheet Item: stand outside the party. Nobody knows you're there.

Inflation: just keep getting bigger. Bring a pump.
