Jersey hit 39.3C?! I thought Jersey was a mild little island!

I visited Jersey years ago and remember cool sea breezes and nice cows! Now it has the Channel Islands' hottest day on record!

And the UK broke its June record three days in a row! Is anyone here from the Channel Islands? How are you surviving?!
