Halloween costume ideas for tech and science nerds. Rank them

My partner and I have a party on Saturday, and I am not spending more than 15 euros. Options so far:

1. 'Blue screen of death': a blue T-shirt with an error message written in white. Cost: 4 euros. Effort: low.

2. Schrödinger's cat: a box, cat ears, a sign 'alive / dead'. Cost: 0 euros, we have boxes. Explanation needed: high.

3. 'Cloud storage': cotton balls glued to a sweater, USB sticks hanging off. Cost: 10 euros. Risk of losing cotton everywhere: 100%.

Rank them. Or suggest better ones. Toddler will also attend, so nothing scary.
