Tipping: I still have no idea what to do when I travel
In Spain you leave some coins or round up, and nobody gets offended if you don't. Then I go to the US and I'm told 20% is the minimum, the card machine offers me 25%, and I feel like a criminal.
I'm genuinely curious about the social side more than the money. Is tipping something you feel pressured into, or proud of? And for people who work for tips, what do you wish customers knew?
