Scam SMS now very convincing. Some tips I learn this year

I work in IT support for a small company in Singapore. This year I see more and more scam messages that look very real. Correct logo, correct name of delivery company, sometimes even your name.

My simple rules: 1) Never click the link in SMS, open the official app yourself. 2) Bank will not ask your OTP. Never. 3) If message makes you panic and rush, that is the scam. 4) Tell your parents, they are the target most. Anyone have more tips? I want to make a list for my office.
