How do you track your backlog? Spreadsheet, app, or denial?

I counted. 214 games owned across three platforms. 61 played for more than an hour. 23 finished. That's an 11% completion rate, which in any other part of my life would be alarming.

I'm thinking about using a tracking site or just a spreadsheet with columns for status, platform and estimated length. What do people here actually use, and does it change your buying habits or just make you feel worse?
