Which film unexpectedly made you cry as an adult?

I went into a film recently expecting a light, slightly silly afternoon and came out with mascara on my chin. It wasn't even the sad bit that did it, it was a small moment between a father and daughter in a kitchen.

I find that the older I get, the less it's the big tragic scenes and the more it's the quiet, ordinary ones. Curious whether that's true for anyone else. Which film got you when you weren't braced for it?
