be honest: do you actually use AI at work, or is everyone just saying they do?

Every manager I've ever had is now talking about "AI productivity". Meanwhile at the cafe the only AI involved is the card machine freezing.

I'm genuinely curious what it looks like across this board, because we've got doctors, accountants, teachers, designers, all sorts. Do you use it daily? For what? Or is it one of those things everyone claims to use in meetings and then nobody does? No judgement either way, I'm just skeptical of the hype.
