Umamusume LA cancel: Cygames will pay back flights and hotels, the details

I saw many people asking in other threads if they get money back, so I collect what Kotaku reported.

Cygames will refund tickets, and also go further: cancellation fees, flights and hotels for fans who planned to travel or who were already in Los Angeles. The next stop of the tour is London, but the dates are not set yet.

I don't know the exact process to claim it, maybe it is on the official site? If someone already did it, can you tell us how long it takes? And do you need receipts for everything?
