A year in orbit sounds heroic but I have questions about Shenzhou-23

Shenzhou-23 went up with three astronauts, including Lai Ka-ying, the first astronaut from Hong Kong. Good for her, truly. One crew member will stay a full year on Tiangong.

But the article itself says nobody has said which crew member will stay the year. If it is a science mission to study human limits, why keep that quiet? Also, every country now says "Moon by 2030" or "Moon by 2028". I will be impressed when somebody is standing there.
