the annual sunscreen talk. yes, again.

it's almost june, which means it's time for me to tell you all, with love, that the sun is not your friend. wear sunscreen. reapply it. no, the one application at 9am does not last until the beach closes.

and yes, you need it on cloudy days. i don't make the rules. ok i kind of do in my clinic.
