Best headphones for practice in small apartment? Not to disturb neighbors

I play electronic keyboard and also bass. I live in small apartment in Tokyo, walls are thin. Neighbor already knock one time.

So I want to practice only with headphones. Open-back is better sound I read, but sound goes out, so maybe neighbor can still hear? Closed-back is more private but some people say ears get tired.

My budget is middle, not very expensive. What do you use for long practice, 2 or 3 hours? Also for bass, I need a small headphone amp?
