change my motorbike to electric in Hanoi? need your opinion

Hello everyone. I ride gasoline motorbike to work every day in Hanoi, around 15 km. Now many electric motorbike in the shops, and air pollution here very bad in winter.

I think about change. But I worry: battery price, charging in my apartment building (we park in basement), and in rain season the street flood, is electric safe in water?

Anyone have experience? Thank you for help
