1.5C overshoot 'inevitable'. So what now?

UNEP now says a temporary breach of 1.5C can't be avoided.

Down To Earth calls it a point of no return. Brussels Times quotes the UN saying overshoot is not surrender.

Both are right. Every tenth of a degree still matters. Stop treating 1.5 like a cliff edge and start treating it like a speed limit we already broke.
