How exactly does F1 scoring work now? Is the fastest lap point gone?

I am trying to understand the championship maths properly. My understanding: points go to the top 10 finishers, 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1.

I remember there was an extra point for the fastest lap if you finished in the top 10, but I read it was removed. Is that correct, and since when?

Also, how do sprint races fit in? Are those points the same for every sprint weekend? I would like to build a small calculator, so I want the exact rules.
