Best museums for computing and science history? Planning a nerd pilgrimage!

I'm finishing a PhD in computer science and as a reward to myself I want to do a trip built entirely around science and computing museums!

On my list so far: the Science Museum in London, and I know Bletchley Park is nearby. The Computer History Museum in California would be a dream but that's a long flight from Bengaluru.

What else is worth it? Places with real old machines you can see working, not only screens. I'd love Europe or Asia suggestions especially!
