A whole summit about LEAVING fossil fuels. is this the start of something?

Colombia hosted the first summit on transitioning away from fossil fuels, in Santa Marta! Scientists told them to halt new expansion, and the Guardian says a new global panel is being set up to speed things up!

I know, I know, it's talks. But a few years ago nobody would even say the words out loud at these meetings. I'm choosing optimism today!
