PSG edge Bayern 6-5 on aggregate to set up a Budapest final against Arsenal
Paris Saint-Germain will defend the Champions League against Arsenal in the final at the Puskas Arena in Budapest on 30 May. The ABC News report from the Associated Press said PSG beat Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate, following a 5-4 first-leg win in Paris with a 1-1 draw in Munich on Wednesday, 6 May.
Arsenal had qualified a day earlier. K24 Digital reported that they beat Atletico Madrid 1-0 on 5 May to win 2-1 on aggregate. AP noted it is Arsenal's first final since 2006 and only their second, and that they have never won the competition. PSG can become only the second team to win back-to-back titles. A Bayern win would have tied AC Milan's seven titles, the AP preview carried by Naharnet added before the second leg.

The final kicks off earlier than usual, and The Killers will perform before the match. K24 Digital said each finalist gets 17,200 tickets. Writing in April when the semi-finals were drawn, Bluewin noted that the winners receive just 6.5 million euros more than the losers.
