Farmers here: how are you adjusting to springs that keep changing?
I grow vegetables in Chungcheong, a small family farm. The timing of the last frost and the first heat feels less predictable every year, so I keep second-guessing when to plant.
This year I am trying two plantings a couple of weeks apart, so if one fails the other might survive. I would love to hear what farmers or serious gardeners in other countries are doing. Different seeds, shade nets, changing crops completely?
