Sixth time in a row no timeline from IPCC talks - this is getting embarrassing!

I work in government so I know how slow consensus processes can be, but six times running?! The panel doesn't even do new research, it just needs countries to agree WHEN to publish the summary!

What frustrates me is that this is supposed to be the easy part. The hard part is agreeing what to do about the science. If we can't agree on a calendar, how do we expect COP31 to go?

I liked that the GONOM post shows the Earth Negotiations Bulletin had a day-by-day record. I might actually read it to see where it fell apart!
