Where to start K-dramas for someone in his 50s?

My daughter keeps telling me to watch Korean dramas. I tried one about high school students and felt very old, very quickly.

I like slow stories, family stories, a bit of humour. Not too much romance with umbrellas in the rain please, I have seen enough of that in Hindi films already.

What do you recommend for a beginner of my age? Something with adults having adult problems.
