Return to office: what is your company doing?

My company just announced three days a week in the office, starting January. As HR, I must explain this to people. Many are unhappy, some have moved further away during the remote years.

What is your company doing? Fully remote, hybrid, back full time? And how did the employees react? Did people leave?
