Clocks go forward this weekend and I'm already mourning the hour

Every year I tell myself I'll adjust gradually, go to bed fifteen minutes earlier each night, be a functioning adult about it. Every year I do nothing and spend Monday feeling like I've been hit by a bus.

The lighter evenings are lovely, I'll admit, especially for work. Golden hour after six is a gift. But I do wonder whether anyone actually still wants the switch, or whether we just keep doing it because changing it is too much effort. Where do you all stand?
