tip: national museum in manila is free and nobody i know has been

went last weekend with my cousins since we were in the city for a wedding. the national museum of fine arts and the anthropology one are free, you just register at the door.

the big hall with the spoliarium by juan luna is huge, like it takes the whole wall. photos dont show the size. the anthropology side has the manunggul jar, which i remember from my grade school textbook lol

closed mondays i think. go early, aircon is strong bring a jacket.

if youre a farmer like me and only come to manila for weddings and errands, its a nice break from malls
