Does anyone in your country still use cash day to day?

Genuine question. In the UK I barely touch cash now. Card or phone for nearly everything. My mum still insists on cash for the market and her hairdresser.

I've read that some countries are still heavily cash-based and others are close to cashless. Where are you, and do you actually prefer it that way?
