Italian bureaucracy story: three offices, one stamp, zero logic

Yesterday I needed a certificate. Simple, right?

Office 1: you need form B. Office 2: form B must be stamped at office 3. Office 3: we don't do stamps on Tuesdays. I went back on Wednesday. The stamp machine was 'in maintenance'. A stamp machine. In maintenance.

Today I got it. It took nine minutes once the stamp was alive.
