library is best free museum. change my mind

In my town in Sweden the library is warm, quiet, free. Old people read newspaper, children play, students sleep on table. Nobody ask you to buy coffee.

For me this is culture also. Not only paintings. Some libraries are very beautiful buildings too. I think of Stockholm city library, the round room with books all around.

Which library you love? Maybe I make a list for travel.
