UK upgraded to 1.3% growth! Get the (supermarket) prosecco!

The IMF says the UK will grow 1.3% this year, up from before! I've bought the finest £6 bottle the corner shop had!

Is this a big deal? Absolutely not! Am I celebrating anyway? Absolutely yes!
