How did you read the Khamenei news on day one, when Iran hadn't confirmed it?

Looking back at the GONOM post on the strikes, what stood out was how differently outlets handled the same claim. Trump announced it, two Israeli officials said Israel confirmed it, and AFP via the Jakarta Post went out of its way to say Iran hadn't confirmed it.

I'm not saying anyone was wrong. But on something that huge, do you prefer the outlet that leads with the claim or the one that leads with the caveat?
