Why every movie now 3 hours long?

I am 50s. Bladder not so young. Every film now 2 hour 45 minute minimum.

Last month I watch one superhero film, go toilet two times, still understand story. So why so long?

Old days 90 minutes and finished. Director now no editor or what.
