fyi: a lot of renters insurance doesn't cover flood damage. check yours

after seeing all the flood stuff this year i finally read my renters policy. flood not covered. fire yes, theft yes, water from a burst pipe yes, water from outside? nope.

in the us flood is usually separate. took me 10 min to find it in the pdf. worth checking
