Norway 18 gold?? how a small country do this

I read the medal table post. Norway 18 gold and 41 medals, the highest gold count of any country in one Winter Games. And Klaebo alone win six gold!

Norway population is small, much smaller than Vietnam. In Vietnam we have no snow so winter sport is like a dream for us. But I am very happy for them, they look like they love it so much.

Also congrats Italy, 30 medals at home. Very good Olympics I think. Anyone know why Norway is so strong?
