Trump after a three-hour US–Iran meeting: "a very good meeting" with an outcome of "potential greatness or obliteration."

As a doctor I'm thinking of using this with patients. "Your results are in. It's either greatness or obliteration. Any questions?" Malpractice insurance hates this one trick.
