Chuseok, harvest festivals and Swedish traditions: what's yours?

Reading about Chuseok, I realised many countries have some kind of harvest celebration. In Sweden we have crayfish parties in August and later the apple season, but nothing so big as Chuseok.

What harvest holidays do you have? What do people eat?
