Paramedic student: please set up your phone emergency info, it really helps

Small thing but it matters. iPhone and Android both let you add emergency contacts and medical info (allergies, medications, blood type) that can be seen from the lock screen without unlocking.

On my placements I've seen this save real time when someone couldn't talk. It takes five minutes. Please do it, and help your parents and grandparents do it too.
