if my hospital paid me coins every time I read a chart

Twenty coins for fifteen minutes of reading. I read charts for about nine hours a shift. By that math I'd have retired in Singapore years ago.

Jokes aside, I actually like the idea. Night shift is when I read novels on my break and it really does help my brain reset. If a few coins get more people that feeling, why not.
