Do you still carry cash?

I realised this week I haven't touched a banknote in about two months. Then my local market stall, the one with the good bread, put up a 'cash only' sign and I had to walk ten minutes to a machine.

Part of me thinks cash is on its way out. Part of me worries about older people and anyone without a bank account. Where do you stand? Do you still carry it?
