Should a Super Bowl halftime show be eligible for so many Emmys?

Bad Bunny's halftime show won seven at the Creative Arts Emmys. I'm not against it, the production is huge, it's live TV, the direction is complicated. Khaleej Times credited the awards to the show itself, including Hamish Hamilton for directing, and AP credited them to Bad Bunny.

But I wonder if it is fair to put a 13-minute live event against series that take a full season. Maybe a separate category would make sense? I can see both sides.
