Finished my first ever Studio Ghibli marathon and I have FEELINGS

Okay so my partner was shocked that I had never seen a single Ghibli film, so we did one per night for two weeks. I'm 34. I'm a civil servant. I cried at a movie about a bathhouse for spirits!!

Spirited Away was amazing, but the one that wrecked me was Grave of the Fireflies. Nobody warned me properly. Nobody.

What surprised me most is how much of it is just people doing chores. Cooking, cleaning, fixing a bike. It feels very calm compared to what I grew up watching on Saturday mornings in Ottawa.

Where do I go from here? Is there anything outside Ghibli that hits the same way? And what's your ranking, because I already know mine is going to start arguments.
