Teacher here. What do movies get completely wrong about school?

It's back to school season, I'm tired, and I want to vent with you people instead of grading.

Biggest one for me: no teacher in a movie ever has a stack of marking. They just stand at the board and give one inspiring speech per week. Where's the scene of me eating lunch at my desk while answering 40 emails from parents?
