I drive an electric bus now! A driver's honest review

My depot switched part of the fleet to electric buses this year and I got one of the first routes! After six months, here is what I think!

Good: so quiet! Passengers talk to me more because they can hear me! Smooth acceleration, no shaking at red lights, no diesel smell at the end of the day. My back feels better too, strangely.

Not so good: in hot days the AC uses battery fast and the depot team watches our range very carefully. We also had to learn to brake gently to use the regenerative braking, older drivers complained a lot at first!

Overall I don't want to go back! Any other drivers here?
